Reservations

Kindly reserve a facility displayed in the category BELOW the photo.
Photos show more or less the facility that you are booking.

Camping: Time In: 10h00 – Time Out: 10h00

Chalets: Time In: 14h00 – Time Out: 10h00

“Darker dates” indicate available space while “Lighter dates” are already reserved. Make sure NOT to book over lighter dates!

An invoice will be send automatically to you by the system indicating the order number and banking details for payment. Use the order number (e.g. Booki 59) as reference when doing your payment. Also look in your spam box for the invoice. The date you leave will not appear on the invoice as to allow other people to book on the system from the same date that you are leaving.

NB: Pay the full amount of your reservation within 5 days from the date of your booking to confirm your reservation or it will automatically be rejected by the SACS booking system. Booking are only valid if payment has been done. Reservations made does not confirm your booking if payment has not been done by you and SACS reserves the right to cancel bookings that has not been paid in time. Contact the Director of SACS if you wish to make arrangements for partial payments on a large amount.

Kindly e-mail reservations@sacarp.co.za to cancel / reschedule your booking if you are not going to use the dates that you have booked or if you have not received your invoice immediately. Subscribers will be held liable for the booking amount if not cancelled in advance because other anglers could have been afforded the opportunity to fish and venue owners expects the income to be generated for them by SACS as per contract.

The “Cancellation Policy” of SACS are as follows: 

• Cancellation 15 days or more prior to arrival =Full Refund (R50 admin fee to be subtracted) or dates may be rescheduled by angler
• Cancellation 14 – 3 days prior to arrival = 50% of booking value forfeited or dates may be rescheduled by angler
• Cancellation 48 Hours or less prior to arrival = NO REFUND (Rescheduling of dates will only be considered in cases of hospitalization and a death certificate or sick note provided)
• No refund will be given on date changes made
• Cancellation requests or rescheduling of dates  must be made in writing and send to reservations@sacarp.co.za
